Can I say a special thank you to you for the Level 2 Food Hygiene Course you trained for The Minerva Hotel staff (HULL), it was a very professionally run course and thoroughly enjoyed by all 5 candidates including myself (The Business Owner).
The course was trained very effectively and I have other staff ready to take the same course and I will be hoping you can repeat the course for the remaining staff.
I would like to make a special mention on behalf of one of my staff and myself. This member of staff has difficulties with reading & writing and was extremely worried about the course but you made her feel as comfortable as the others, and when it came to the test it was great that you took special time to help her read the questions, I think this is something else which will champion your business as I'm sure there will be lots of others in a similar situation, might be worth mentioning on your web site.

Dear "Key Training" this is just a note to say a huge thank you for the training and help you gave us in our endeavours towards running our own pub! We thoroughly enjoyed our time with you (and the lunches were delicious!) and have already recommended you to people and will continue to do so. The 5 day course is good as it gives an insight into every area concerned with running your own pub. Rob is extremely approachable - and you can ask him anything - if he doesn't know the answer (rarely) he will find it for you! We started this course knowing very little and finished feeling a lot more confident of taking on our own place. Rob has already proved himself (beyond the course) by being available at the end of the phone when we need him. And today we have our NCLPH exam and we have the answers already in our heads - quite simply for no other reason than Key Training.
